Mifune has been around a long time. This is the "real deal" Osaka style Okonomiyaki with of flour, egg, cabbage and some meat or other toppings. They bring you the ingredients and you have to mix the bowl, pour it on the fry pan, and flip it! Good luck if it's your first time LOL! It does require a bit of finese to flip an Okonomiyaki but that's part of the fun. If you don't have any confidence and feel like your going to flip it into your girlfriend/boyfriends lap, the staff will cook it for you. This restaurant also is renowned for good Yakisoba. Yakisoba is noodles with sauce and wilted cabbage... You cannot resist!
