It's a small little shop on the 10th floor of Kyoto station. Head up the elevator and check out the floor map and or just walk around a bit, your bound to find it. The Ramen they server up here is from Fukushima. This is NOT a trendy "new" type Ramen... its "old school" with a thick rich soup. Don't try to get in here around lunch time because it's packed! Stop by just a little after lunch or and early dinner.
