There are many restaurants on the 10th and 11th floors of Kyoto station and Tagoto is one of them. Known for some pretty good Udon, they also serve a wide variety of other Japanese food such as Soba, Tempura, Sushi and even traditional style Kyoto cuisine. It's a good spot if you have a picky partner and or group and need a menu with a wide range of items. You also get a decent amount of food for the price.
