Takama, specializing in Soba, is a Michelin starred restaurant that offers a luxury experience with incredibly tasting soba in a modern atmosphere. Takama’s Inaka Soba (which means, "Country Style Soba") is made only from 100% buckwheat flour and does not use egg and grated yam. The Soba made at Takama have a rich flavor of buckwheat, dip them in the Soba sauce and slurp them down... Oh... so good... Takama's tempura is also exceptional and Tenzarusoba, a cold soba meal with assorted tempura, is highly recommended recommended.
