A very unique and delicious restaurant that specializes in "Pickled" items. In the US Americans love their pickles but in Japan, they pickle everything! All different types of vegetables are pickled in Japan and this restaurant specializes in this cooking method. You can also get pickled sushi here which is actually very good! This type of "cooking" (or rather "preparation") is even quite new in Japan (pickled sushi) but is gaining in popularity as the Japanese love their pickled foods and sushi... so, why not combine them!
