Tetsuya Fujiwara is the chef here and established this fantastic restaurant in 2003. His chef training was in Italy and Spain. Fujiya 1935 is a three stars Michelin Guide level restaurant. Using seasonal vegetables, as well as meat and seafood taken from all over Japan, a variety of dishes all served with beautiful presentation make up Fujiya 1935’s menu. Its fabulous dishes change every so often and with seasonally available ingredients. Of course there is a wide selection of wines too, to perfectly match with every dish.
