An interesting Ramen shop that seems to have a "light" soup that is full of flavor! Although its a pretty traditional style Ramen shop they manage to get a great tasting Ramen with a "Light" pork and soy sauce based sauce. It opens at 5:00 a.m. in the morning! It is quite popular and starts to get busy and crowded around 9:00 a.m.
