The OLDEST Okonomiyaki shop in Osaka! That must tell you something! Opened in 1945 right after WW2 it uses ingredients right from a near bye market to bring you the freshest and best Okonomiyaki around. Try their Yamaimo-yaki (Yam Okonomiyaki), which has been its most popular dish for a long time. The Okonomiyaki "dough" (pancake mix) here is known to be some of the best around and with adding the yam, natural sweetness of the yam matches well with thick pork and vegetables in the pancakes and creates the flavour of Mizuno’s unique Okonomiyaki.
